Story of the Year (conocidos también por sus siglas SOTY) es una banda de Post-hardcore/Alternative rock, formada originalmente en St. Louis, Missouri en 1995. Inicialmente se llamaron Big Blue Monkey, pero cambiaron en el 2002 a Story of the Year.

Page Avenue es el primer álbum de estudio de la banda lanzado al mercado el 16 de septiembre de 2003. Ya antes habían grabado tres EP’s que no he podido conseguir.
