Fony fue una banda de Surrey, UK. Se Formó en 1998 por Phil Bashford (guitarra) y Pete Hamilton (batería). Grabaron tres álbumes de estdio y uno en vivo, durante este tiempo cambiaron mucho su sonido, variando entre el nu metal, el post-hardcore y el rock alternativo. La banda se separó en 2006 por diferencias personales. Éste fue su primer álbum, el único con sonido de nu metal.
