Le Bien-Être et la Paix es el primer LP de la gran banda francesa Mass Hysteria. Este álbum es puramente experimental con toques de rock/ metal alternativo e industrial. Si bien este álbum no es muy duro tiene lo suyo y es recomendable en casi todo sentido, si buscas algo mas duro te recomiendo L’Armée des Ombres que es sin dudas es el álbum mas duro de esta gran banda.

Este es un disco con mucha producción detrás de el. Principalmente Rock Alternativo e Industrial mas harta electrónica. Tienen un sonido muy trabajado junto con un buen vocal, a veces abusan de los efectos electrónicos, pero me parece un detalle. Se preguntarán por qué el Nu Metal en las etiquetas, estamos claros que no lo son. Pero si tienen grandes influencias Nu Metaleras en su música y me parece que a pesar de ello, la banda se asegura de tener un sonido propio. «Showdown In Tokyo», «Paper Airplanes», «Makeshift Life», «Lucky You» y «Coming Home» me parecen las mejores canciones, el resto es mas «normal» pero no por eso mala.
