Ditchwater fue fundada en 1996 por el guitarrista Mark Anderson y el baterista Jerry Romero. Mas tarde se unieron el bajista Bret Basick en 1998. Varios cantantes pasaron por la banda, hasta la primavera del 2002, siendo el vocalista Mike Meadows quien se quedo como el vocalista definitivo.
Este album fue lanzado el 19 de septiembre del 2006 teniendo la siguiente alineacion:

No se ustedes, pero en los temas «Sacrifice», «What Do You Want From Me Now» y «Eremosis» me parecieron al tipo de voz del nuevo Drowning Pool o Disturbed y el tema «Have You Ever» me recuerda a Adema.
