Y bueno, si eres de los que hubiesen preferido que bandas como Linkin Park, Saliva o Papa Roach nunca hubieran cambiado su estilo, este es tu disco. Alt Rock/Nü Metal nuevo pero con gusto a antiguo. Mas info en breve.

Welcome to the Masquerade, es el sexto disco de estudio de la banda de Alternative/Nu Metal Thousand Foot Krutch. Este disco difiere del sonido Rap-Metal expuesto en sus primeros trabajos, pero sin dejar de lado la escencia Nu Metal que les identifica, principalmente en las guitarras. Pese a lo anterior este disco tuvo una excelente recepción tanto por la crítica como los medios, contando con un total de 6 singles hasta la fecha y un gran número de sus canciones en videojuegos y programas de televisión.

En general es un disco muy completo, yendo desde lo melódico a lo pesado, contando además con algunas baladas y temas acústicos. Para varios fans y conocedores de la banda este es su disco más maduro y trabajado en términos musicales hasta la fecha. Muy recomendado.

Si bien nunca he sido religioso, siempre me ha gustado bastante este grupo de música cristiana (aunque en la actualidad hace rato que se alejaron del Nu Metal). Dejando de lado su demo del 98, este es su primer LP (el cual fue relanzado el 2004 en una versión especial que ya esta posteada). Este y sobre todo el Phenomenon son los discos que mas me gustan de ellos.
