The Plot In You, surge tras la separación del vocalista Landon Tewers de su antigua banda (Before Their Eyes), que junto con Ethan Yoder (Bajo), Anthony Thoma (Guitarra), Josh Childress (Guitarra) y Cole Worden (Bateria) forman esta banda. Para el 2010, la banda firma con el sello Rise Records, se meten a grabar a finales de año y es en Marzo de este año cuando lanzan este material.

La banda practica un metalcore muy bueno, lleno de potencia y agresividad, totalmente recomendable.
